Kybella is a non surgical injection that dissolves fat permanently. After Kybella is injected, there is an intense swell that occurs for the first couple of days and then tapers off, improving over the next week or two. Over the next 2-6 weeks we wait for all the residual swelling to go down revealing our permanent result. Sometimes we need multiple sessions of multiple vials depending on how big of an area and how much fat we are treating. After injections, we suggest icing and keeping upright to help ease the process. Common areas to treat with Kybella are under our chin, in our armpits, thighs, banana rolls etc.

before your appointment
help avoid bruising by stopping anti-inflammatory medications such as:
aspirin, tylenol, ibuprofen and fish oil (3-4 days before)
to help avoid bruising, take Arnica tablets 2-3 days prior
avoid alcohol for 24 hours before and after appointment to help avoid bruising
schedule procedure at least 2 weeks before a big event
post appointment care
no facials for at least 7 days after injection
