ARE YOU A CANDIDATE?

Under eyes are one of the most finicky treatments in the injection world due to how thin the skin is under our eye and how the area is affected by lots of our facial movements 24/7

RED FLAGS for filler:

  1. Someone who gets puffy under their eyes frequently or has large raised bags under their eyes

  2. Someone with an autoimmune disease

  3. Someone with frequent allergies affecting their eyes

If you have 1 or more red flags, it doesn’t mean you can’t receive filler, it just means you have a higher chance having not-so-perfect results. We will discuss the best options for you and come up with a plan together— I will always give you my honest opinion. There are different options for everyone— threads, sculptra, etc.

PS: Not-so perfect results can mean many things such as Tyndall affect (blue tint to the skin), product movement/displacement, random swelling/bruising etc. These things can usually be corrected with minor adjustments.

The Protocol

Usually my journey with your under eyes is a session of 2-3 treatments totaling 3-5 syringes. Taking our time is essential for the best outcomes. We will work with you to decide which treatments are best for your personal journey. Sometimes we will recommend bio stimulants and skincare to help you get the best results possible.

Phase 1: Replenish & Lyft

During the first session we focus on replenishing lost volume in our cheeks and outer corners of the eye. Without this vital step, we can have unwanted migration of the filler or even end up need more filler than necessary in delicate and high risk areas (believe me we’ve had to dissolve lots of other’s bad work).

everyone will need different amounts according to their anatomy and differing volume loss.

Cheeks usually take 1-4 syringes depending on your exact needs. this treatment isn’t to give you snatched cheeks (unless you want snatched cheeks), it’s simply to replenish your volume to help get us to your under eye goal.

If you don’t need any support in your cheeks, then we can skip the cheeks and head to the outer corners of the eyes.

The corners of the eyes usually takes 1–2 syringes. We use little tox syringes to do this treatment and it’s seriously soooo low key/not intense. We love to call this “Face Champagne” because sometimes sounds like we are injecting you with bougie champagne.

**after this step, we let the product settle for 6-10 weeks and then schedule you back in for your second session

Phase 2: Touch Up & Fill

After the areas we replenished and Lyfted are settled, we have you come back in. We make sure that your skin is doing well with the product and placement and THEN we can begin with the inner corners using a special technique and our very own filler cocktail.

When injecting the inner corners of the eyes (tear trough), we want to go slow and conservative to avoid misplacement.  Usually we start with 1 syringe and then I have you come back after they have settled (usually 6-10 weeks).

During this session we use a cannula— which is a needle-less and bruise-less technique to avoid bruising and have SAFER outcomes. This is not a painful injection, but it can be different and feel like a pressure under the skin.  although it sounds weird, Promise, it’s WORTH IT.

  • Sometimes another round of each session is necessary to achieve complete correction. Patience is key to accomplish the best results. Theres a reason we take our time and its 100% for your benefit

  • When we fill the under eyes, there is a difference in price for the advance technique, trainings and product that we use. The per syringe price is increased to $950/syringe for high risk area. We use vein finders and special concoctions and syringes to ensure the utmost best results..
